What’s a good mosturizer for sensitive!, red, acne prone, oily skin?

I’ve broken out alot recently and I need a good daytime mosturizer to combat with the acne medication i used at night that makes my skin feel red and raw and hard to move

sometimes i see my face has bumps that i know are going to be bimishes/acnes. I put the acne mediation on to dry them up, but they never work until it actually get bigger and red.
Is it always too late to get rid of once i see the bumps on face?

I have to get rid of this red acne spot as soon as possible! What should I do? Are there any home remedies I can use? I know visine works but I don’t have time to go to the store. Please help!

im 21. Ive always had acne, but only recently has it gotten really bad. Ive tried proactiv, and many other items including clean and clear mark advantage.. Now mostly what I have is the red marks left. I’m so ashamed of them. Anyone know fast ways to get rid of them or at least lighten them ?

I need something to remove those red acne marks, probabbly resulted from picking on them. can you recommend something over the counter. i don’t want to go to a dematologist. it would be great if you used it and it worked. please tell me what i should do or get.

btw i’m a 19 year old guy who wants to look nice.
